Refund / Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 01.04.2026
1. Scope
This policy governs cancellations, renewals, and refunds for CopycatTrader subscription plans.
2. Paid Plan
At this phase, CopycatTrader offers a Pro monthly subscription only, unless otherwise stated on the Platform.
3. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically for successive billing periods unless canceled before the next renewal date.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel renewal through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
5. General Refund Position
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once activated, except:
- where required by mandatory law;
- in the case of duplicate billing;
- in the case of manifest billing error;
- in the case of unauthorized payment verified by us or our payment provider; or
- where we determine that the account should have been blocked under our jurisdiction rules before meaningful use.
6. Restricted-Jurisdiction Blocks
If an account is blocked immediately due to country restriction, IP-country restriction, or access-profile mismatch before meaningful use of the Platform, we may issue a refund at our discretion or where required by law.
7. No Refund for Policy Breach or Circumvention
We may refuse refunds where we reasonably believe that a user:
- provided false country or access information;
- attempted to circumvent our geographic restrictions; or
- used the Platform in breach of our Terms or policies.
8. Performance Fees
CopycatTrader does not directly bill platform-level performance fees. Any performance-fee arrangements applicable to copied trading are handled by the broker or PAMM structure, not by CopycatTrader.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time.
