Guru Terms / Signal Provider Agreement

These Guru Terms apply to any user acting as a Guru on CopycatTrader.

You act as an independent user of the Platform. Nothing in this Agreement creates employment, agency, partnership, fiduciary status, or joint venture between you and CopycatTrader.

To act as a Guru, you must:

1. maintain an eligible CopycatTrader account;
2. be located in a permitted jurisdiction;
3. connect a supported broker account;
4. provide accurate information; and
5. satisfy any technical or profile conditions we require.

Residents of the EU, EEA, UK, or US may not act as Gurus on the Platform.

You must not:

1. present yourself as licensed, approved, or endorsed by CopycatTrader unless expressly authorized in writing;
2. guarantee profits;
3. make misleading or unverifiable performance claims; or
4. present your profile as personalized investment advice.

You represent that all linked broker accounts, profile data, social handles, and public materials you provide are authentic and lawfully used.

You must not manipulate rankings, broker displays, or performance presentation.

You grant CopycatTrader a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use your name, avatar, bio, linked social handles, verification indicators, and broker-verified performance metrics for operation and promotion of the Platform.

Followers remain users of the Platform. You have no ownership rights over follower accounts, follower relationships, or Platform user data except as expressly provided.

You must not use the Platform to onboard, target, or facilitate copy-trading access for persons in restricted jurisdictions, including the EU, EEA, UK, or US.

You must not encourage restricted users to circumvent access controls.

You must not engage in spoofing, wash trading, manipulative activity, ranking abuse, fictitious account behavior, or any strategy intended primarily to game the Platform rather than trade genuinely.

We may hide, suspend, demote, or remove your Guru profile or related visibility at any time for legal, technical, reputational, access-control, or quality reasons.

We do not guarantee public ranking, follower count, visibility, or continued Guru eligibility.
